This piece of work showcases something personal. It’s the feeling of losing one’s self and having to dig so far deep down to find yourself again; it’s like you’re in a completely different world. This film opens up and shows the aspects of the animator; what they like to draw and show to the general public, and who they are as a person; displaying the deeper and more vulnerable thoughts of their mind. It’s a way to put themselves out there for all that they are and to connect to the viewers in any which form they see it. All the animating was done using TVPaint, the backgrounds done in Procreate and Photoshop, and the compositing with extra touch ups in After Effects.
